Back in 2010, I did my first race. My first run. My first physical activity in a very, very long time. Not counting running to the buss a an activity. Since then I have discovered that I could do much more, much better, then I ever expected. I am still pushing forward, rediscovering that I still can improve in so many ways.

This is a start to let you see how every obstacle is an opportunity.

From 0 to a Swedish Classic, biking off road for 90 km, running marathons, viewing half-marathons as something fun to do when starting the day, the feel of the first HSPU (hand-stand-push-ups), biking 200 kilometers in a day as a nice trip for an ice-cream, T2B (toes-to-bar) happiness.

Turning the love of food to the love of enjoying good food.

Travelling, moving, changing job, moving again, becoming a parent, traveling and training and eating well with children.

And so much more.
